Why $495?

A standard building inspection costs $500–700 and barely touches the electrical system. Our inspection is focused exclusively on electrical — which is where the expensive surprises hide.

If we find an Option C situation and you use our report to negotiate the price down, it typically pays for itself 20 to 30 times over.

Common questions

Can I book this alongside a building inspection?

Yes — and we recommend it. Both inspections can run simultaneously, meaning no additional access trip for the agent. Just give us the same date and time window.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. We just need access arranged — usually through the selling agent. We'll co-ordinate directly with them if you prefer.

Can I use your report to negotiate the price?

Absolutely. Our cost estimates are conservative and based on real Adelaide market rates. Many buyers use the remediation figure directly in their offer negotiation.

How quickly can you schedule?

We typically have availability within 1–2 business days. For urgent settlements, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate same-day or next-morning.

Are you independent? Do you also do repairs?

We are a pure inspection and advisory business. We do not quote for or carry out remediation work on properties we inspect. This keeps our reports completely independent.
